An updated curriculum vitae
A personal statement detailing your interest in our fellowship (1–2 pages maximum). Issues to address include your reasons for pursuing a fellowship, any relevant experiences or skills that strengthen your candidacy, your future career goals in academic hospital medicine and how the fellowship might impact them, and other unique or interesting features that complete the picture of who you are as a person. Feel free to address some or all of these areas, and include anything else that allows us to truly understand how you would fit in at UC San Diego Hospital Medicine.
1 letter of recommendation from either your Program Director or current program head along with 2 other reference contacts
With respect to information to submit please also add USMLE transcripts and proof of eligibility or certification
